Job summary

Regent Foods Corporation in the Philippines is seeking a Compensation and Benefits Specialist to join our HR team in Pateros, Metro Manila. You will manage employee compensation and benefits, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

You will support payroll processes, government remittance components (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG), and maintain precise employee records, while aligning with company policies and labor regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HRM, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
• Experience and knowledge in compensation and benefits.
• Knowledge of government remittance and benefits, in line with labor compliance.
• Detail-oriented and organized.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially spreadsheets.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willing to work in Pateros.
