Job summary

• Prepare and process HR documents (contracts, memos, NTEs, IRs, etc.)
• Support in timekeeping (DTR), attendance monitoring, and leave management of Beauty Analysts payroll.
• Handle cash payroll of all on call employees
• Assist in organizing trainings, orientations, and employee engagement activities.
• Assist in recruitment (organizing 201 file)
• Handle employee inquiries and provide general administrative support to the HR team.
• Other tasks maybe assigned from time to time.
