JOB SUMMARY:
The HR Assistant, coordinates and executes training and onboarding programs within assigned plant area, ensuring timely delivery, accurate documentation, and effective implementation. The role collaborates with HR and Operations to support facilitation, maintain training records, and ensure compliance with organizational standards within assigned plant areas.
QUALIFICATIONS/EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource, Psychology, or any Business-related course.
Works closely with HR, Operations, QA, IE, and plant stakeholders to support training and onboarding initiatives.
Operates in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
Requires high attention to detail in training documentation, data accuracy, and communication.
Performs both office-based tasks and on-site/plant coordination as needed.
Supports training implementation and ensures alignment with established training standards and processes.
with 1–2 years of experience in Learning and Development or HR Training
JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Training Design & Development
Conduct training needs analysis and identify learning requirements per role within assigned plant areas.
Develop training modules, job aids, support policies, and learning materials aligned with HR standards and programs.
Customize training content based on site-specific needs, employee roles, and departmental requirements.
Training Delivery & Facilitation
Facilitate classroom, virtual, and on-the-job training sessions within assigned plant areas.
Present training content and standard practices clearly and effectively.
Ensure participants meet required competency levels, demonstrate understanding, and comply with company policies and standards.
Skills Validation & Evaluation
Conduct competency assessments and validation activities within assigned plant areas.
Use evaluation tools to measure knowledge retention, learning effectiveness, and application of concepts.
Recommend additional coaching, reinforcement, or retraining as needed.
Documentation & Reporting
Maintain attendance, competency records, and certification files for assigned plant areas.
Prepare site-level training reports, evaluation summaries, and recommendations.
Ensure training data is accurate and aligned with TQP, DA, or HR Training requirements.
Stakeholder Coordination
Collaborate with Operations, QA, HSSE, Warehouse, HR Operations, and other stakeholders within assigned plant areas on HR-related training concerns.
Provide feedback to supervisors on trainee performance and readiness for deployment.
Participate in audits, process reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives as required within assigned sites.
Training Administration & Coordination
Monitor and consolidate employees under Developmental Assignment, multi-skilling, and cross-training programs within assigned plant areas.
Coordinate training schedules, logistics, participant lists, and ensure readiness of materials and venue/virtual setup at site level.
Administer assessments (pre/post-tests, evaluations) and support data accuracy for site-level reporting.
Support onboarding processes and assist in implementation of training programs within assigned areas.
Collaborate with stakeholders to address training needs and support site-level reporting and coordination.
Provide backup support and assist in ensuring continuity of training operations within assigned areas as needed.
