JOB DESCRIPTION:

Employee Relations and Engagement is responsible for supporting employee relations activities and engagement programs to promote a positive and productive work environment. The role assists in addressing employee concerns, implementing HR policies, organizing employee activities, and ensuring effective communication between employees and management.

JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

EMPLOYEE and LABOR RELATIONS

• Establishes network with ER counterparts in other companies and HR professional organizations.

COMMUNITY RELATIONS

• Assists in the conduct of CSR programs initiated by San Miguel Foundation.
• Coordinates with Department Heads for employees' voluntary participation and support on Company-sponsored outreached programs.

OTHER TASKS / SERVICES

• Functions and duties that may be assigned from time to time.
