Job summary

SMC Integrated Farm Specialist Inc. in Pasig, Philippines, is seeking an HR Assistant to coordinate and execute training and onboarding programs within the assigned plant area.

You will ensure timely delivery, accurate documentation, and effective implementation in collaboration with HR and Operations. The role requires a Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, or Business, plus 1–2 years in Learning and Development or HR Training.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or any Business-related field.
• Works closely with HR, Operations, QA, IE, and plant stakeholders to support training and onboarding initiatives.
• Operates in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Requires high attention to detail in training documentation, data accuracy, and communication.
• Performs both office-based tasks and on-site/plant coordination as needed.
• Supports training implementation and ensures alignment with established training standards and processes.
• 1–2 years of experience in Learning and Development or HR Training.

Responsibilities

• Training Design & Development: conduct needs analysis, develop modules and materials.
• Training Delivery & Facilitation: conduct classroom, virtual, and on-the-job training sessions.
• Skills Validation & Evaluation: conduct competency assessments and validations.
• Documentation & Reporting: maintain attendance, competency records, and certification files.
• Stakeholder Coordination: collaborate with Operations, QA, HSSE, HR Ops and other stakeholders.
• Training Administration & Coordination: monitor development programs, schedule training, and ensure readiness of materials.
