About the role
We are looking for an HR & Admin Officer who will support and handle various Human Resources and administrative functions, including payroll and timekeeping, compensation and benefits, employee relations, employee engagement, recruitment, and general office administration.
Key responsibilities
Assist in payroll preparation, timekeeping, and attendance monitoring.
Handle and assist with compensation and benefits administration, including government-mandated benefits.
Maintain accurate employee records, 201 files, and HR documentation.
Assist in employee relations, addressing employee concerns and HR-related matters.
Support employee engagement activities, company programs, and events.
Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and employee documentation.
Prepare HR reports, letters, memos, and other HR-related documents.
Provide support in the implementation of HR policies and procedures.
Perform various administrative functions, including coordination, documentation, monitoring, and office support.
Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of employee and company information.
About you
College graduate of Psychology, Business Administration major in Human Resource Development Management (HRDM), or any related field.
At least 1 year of relevant HR experience.
Experience in payroll, timekeeping, compensation and benefits, employee relations, and HR administration is preferred.
Knowledge of Philippine labor standards and government-mandated benefits is an advantage.
Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle confidential information.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace.
Able to work independently and manage multiple HR and administrative tasks.
