Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer. The HR and Admin Assistant plays a crucial role in supporting both the Human Resources and administrative functions of TeleCure Corporation. This position is responsible for a wide range of HR tasks, including recruitment, onboarding, timekeeping, payroll processing, employee records management, and general administrative support to ensure efficient office operations.
Assist in recruitment processes, including resume screening, interview scheduling, conducting initial interviews, and coordinating with candidates and hiring managers.
Provide orientation to new employees, ensuring they receive necessary information and documentation.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including hiring, transfers, terminations, and changes in job classification.
Track employee leave balances, including vacation, sick, and personal time.
Monitor and manage employee attendance and time records, ensuring accurate reporting of hours worked.
Coordinate with employees regarding attendance discrepancies or time-related inquiries.
Ensure compliance with company policies regarding timekeeping and attendance.
Assist in the preparation and processing of payroll, ensuring accuracy in employee hours, deductions, and bonuses.
Maintain payroll records and ensure compliance with applicable labor laws and regulations.
Address employee inquiries regarding payroll and benefits, providing clear and accurate information.
Prepare and submit necessary reports, including allowances from the Department of Health (DOH), ensuring timely and accurate submissions.
Assist in ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Manage office supplies and maintain an organized work environment.
Coordinate meetings, including scheduling, preparing agendas, and taking minutes as necessary.
Handle incoming communications, including phone calls, emails, and inquiries, and direct them appropriately.
Maintain and organize HR documents, forms, reports, and records.
Ensure proper documentation for HR processes and keep records compliant with legal standards.
Employee Engagement and Development:
Assist in organizing employee engagement initiatives and retention strategies.
Support the HR team in implementing training and development programs.
Collaborate with various departments to provide administrative support as needed.
Complete additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned by management to support HR and operational goals.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
Experience: Previous experience in HR or administrative roles is an advantage.
Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software
Soft Skills: Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
