COMPANY OVERVIEW

Join our growing team and be part of a company that combines compassion, operational excellence, and technology to improve the healthcare experience for the communities we serve.

ROLE OVERVIEW

Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer. The Accreditation and Quality Assurance Supervisor is responsible for leading and managing TeleCure’s organization-wide accreditation, licensing, regulatory compliance, and quality assurance programs. The position serves as the project owner for applications, renewals, and maintenance of all licenses, permits, certificates, and accreditations required for TeleCure’s healthcare and business operations.

The role coordinates regulatory requirements involving agencies and institutions including the Department of Health (DOH), PhilHealth, Food and Drug Administration (FDA), Local Government Units (LGUs), Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR), Bureau of Customs (BOC), and other applicable regulatory bodies.

Beyond accreditation, the Supervisor is responsible for strengthening TeleCure’s quality management system by ensuring that Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) remain current, appropriate, and consistently implemented. The position will conduct and coordinate internal audits across departments and facilities, identify compliance gaps and opportunities for improvement, and report findings and recommended corrective actions to management.

The Accreditation and Quality Assurance Supervisor also serves as the lead coordinator for regulatory inspections and accreditation activities, ensuring that all concerned managers, supervisors, facilities, personnel, records, and processes are prepared and compliant.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • 1. Accreditation, Licensing & Regulatory Project Management
    • Serve as the project owner for new applications, renewals, amendments, and maintenance of TeleCure's regulatory licenses, permits, certificates, and accreditations.
    • Develop and maintain a centralized regulatory and accreditation calendar containing expiration dates, application periods, documentary requirements, responsible departments, and submission status.
    • Ensure applications and renewals are initiated sufficiently ahead of deadlines to prevent interruption of operations.
    • Coordinate requirements involving DOH, PhilHealth, FDA, LGUs, BIR, Bureau of Customs, and other relevant government agencies.
    • Track each application from preparation and submission through inspection, approval, and issuance of the final license, permit, certificate, or accreditation.
  • 2. Healthcare Facility & Service Compliance
    • Oversee regulatory compliance requirements applicable to TeleCure's primary care clinics, clinical laboratories, radiology services, pharmacies, YAKAP facilities, onsite operations, and other healthcare services.
    • Coordinate with respective managers and technical professionals to ensure continued compliance with the conditions of their licenses and accreditations.
    • Monitor regulatory issuances, circulars, advisories, and changes that may affect TeleCure operations.
    • Translate new regulatory requirements into specific organizational actions and communicate them to concerned departments.
  • 3. SOP Management & Continuous Quality Improvement
    • Coordinate the periodic review and updating of SOPs, policies, protocols, and operational guidelines across TeleCure.
    • Work with department heads and subject matter experts to identify processes requiring new or revised SOPs.
    • Evaluate existing procedures for compliance, effectiveness, consistency, and operational practicality.
    • Recommend improvements based on audit findings, regulatory changes, operational incidents, and observed process gaps.
    • Maintain proper version control and documentation of approved SOPs and policies.
  • 4. Internal Quality Audits
    • Develop and implement a regular internal audit program covering TeleCure departments, clinics, facilities, and operational units.
    • Verify whether approved SOPs, policies, regulatory requirements, and management directives are being properly implemented.
    • Document findings, observations, non-conformities, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
    • Coordinate corrective and preventive actions with concerned managers and supervisors.
    • Monitor identified deficiencies until appropriate corrective actions have been implemented and verified.
  • 5. Regulatory Inspections & Accreditation Readiness
    • Serve as the lead coordinator for scheduled and unannounced inspections, accreditation surveys, and regulatory assessments.
    • Develop inspection-readiness checklists and conduct pre-inspection assessments.
    • Coordinate with managers, supervisors, technical personnel, and other responsible staff to ensure that required documents, equipment, facilities, records, and personnel are ready.
    • Facilitate communication between inspectors and the appropriate TeleCure representatives.
    • Document inspection findings and lead the coordination of responses, corrective actions, and compliance submissions following inspections.
  • 6. Compliance Documentation & Records Management
    • Maintain a centralized repository of current and historical licenses, permits, certificates, accreditation documents, inspection reports, regulatory correspondence, and compliance submissions.
    • Ensure that original and electronic copies are properly secured, organized, and readily retrievable.
