This is a key role in our Human Resources and Administration department, providing comprehensive support to both our HR and administrative functions. As HR/Admin Officer, you'll help keep our HR processes, employee relations, and day-to-day administrative activities running smoothly. You will work closely with senior management and staff across all levels of the organization, serving as a key point of contact for HR-related enquiries and administrative matters.
Manage employee records, maintaining accurate and confidential personnel files in compliance with data protection regulations
Support the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interview coordination, and onboarding of new employees
Assist with payroll administration, ensuring timely and accurate processing of employee payments and benefits
Coordinate employee induction programs and training initiatives to facilitate effective staff development
Handle employee relations matters, including attendance monitoring, leave management, and responding to HR enquiries
Maintain and update HR policies and procedures documentation
Organize and coordinate company events, meetings, and administrative schedules
Manage office supplies, equipment, and facilities to ensure a productive work environment
Prepare HR reports and documentation as required by management and regulatory bodies
Support compliance with employment law, company policies, and internal procedures
Process and renew clinic permits and licenses (e.g., DOH, business permits, BIR, PhilHealth Accreditation)
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and safety standards
Coordinate with government agencies for inspections and requirements
At least 1 year of experience in an HR and/or administrative role, preferably within a healthcare or medical services environment. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply!
Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment regulations, and payroll administration
Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR management systems
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with all levels of staff
Attention to detail and accuracy, particularly with employee records and confidential information
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
Discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive and confidential HR matters
A formal qualification in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is advantageous
Familiarity with Philippine employment laws and regulations is highly desirable
Must be currently residing in Malolos, Bulacan
