YOUR ROLE
As an HR Generalist / HR Specialist, you will:
- Support end-to-end recruitment to fulfill business manpower requirements.
- Partner with hiring managers to identify and attract qualified candidates.
- Support employee onboarding, transfers, and employee movements.
- Assist in the implementation of Performance Management, including appraisals, coaching, feedback, goal setting, and Performance Improvement Plans.
- Prepare and analyze HR reports and workforce data, including headcount, manpower planning, organizational structure, and employee movements.
- Support Employee Relations and Engagement initiatives, including employee surveys, exit interviews, and culture-building activities.
- Assist in implementing and improving HR policies, programs, and processes.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and HR procedures.
- Provide professional and confidential HR support to employees and managers.
- Participate in HR projects and initiatives that support business and people objectives.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of relevant HR experience in Recruitment, HR Operations, Employee Relations, Performance Management, or HR Generalist functions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage employees and stakeholders at all levels.
- Excellent English and Tagalog communication skills.
- Mandarin-speaking candidates are highly preferred.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
- Proactive, adaptable, resilient, and solutions-oriented.
- Strong sense of ownership, professionalism, and confidentiality.
