GUS Education Philippines, Inc. seeks an HR Analytics Specialist (Hybrid) to optimize People data, reporting, and system utilization. You will manage HR technology, ensure data accuracy, and deliver actionable insights to leadership.
The role requires 3+ years in People Operations, strong Excel skills, and experience with HRIS, dashboards, and data governance. Hybrid work schedule with onsite initial period, located in Bridgetowne, Quezon City.

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Business Analytics, or a related field.
At least 3 years of relevant experience in People Operations, HRIS, HR Technology, People Analytics, HR Reporting, or a related field.
Hands-on experience working with HR systems/HRIS, employee data, and People reporting.
Strong to advanced Microsoft Excel skills, with the ability to analyse, validate, manipulate, and report on People data.
Experience developing reports, dashboards, data visualisations, or management information is highly desirable.
Strong understanding of HRIS and People technology, with the ability to coordinate system updates, testing, access, enhancements, and issue resolution.
Experience working with HR technology vendors and cross-functional teams, particularly IT and People & Culture, is an advantage.
Experience with data validation, process improvement, automation, or workflow optimisation.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to turn People data into meaningful insights and actionable recommendations.
Excellent attention to detail and a strong commitment to data accuracy.
Strong understanding of confidentiality and data privacy principles, including the responsible handling of employee information.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence and coordinate across teams without direct authority.
Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced People Operations environment.
Strong sense of ownership, accountability, integrity, and discretion.
Experience supporting employee relations administration is an advantage.
Knowledge of Payroll and Benefits Administration is desirable to provide operational backup when required.
Serve as the designated Point of Contact for assigned People systems and HR technology, including HR OMNI.
Maintain accurate employee information and system records.
Coordinate system updates, user access, testing, enhancements, and issue resolution within scope.
Work closely with IT, HR technology vendors, People & Culture, and other stakeholders to address system requirements and concerns.
Monitor recurring system issues and identify opportunities for automation, improved usability, and enhanced employee experience.
Maintain clear documentation of system processes, issues, resolutions, and controls.
Support effective system adoption and ensure People technology is used consistently and accurately.
Serve as the designated Point of Contact for People data and operational reporting requirements.
Maintain accurate, complete, and up-to-date employee and workforce data.
Validate People data and investigate discrepancies, missing information, and data-quality issues.
Prepare timely People Operations reports covering relevant workforce and employee metrics.
Develop and maintain reporting templates, dashboards, and management information tools.
Support ad hoc reporting and data requests in accordance with established protocols.
Ensure People data used for reporting is reliable, documented, accurate, and fit for purpose.
Handle employee and People data in strict accordance with the Data Privacy Act (RA 10173) and internal security and confidentiality protocols.
Coordinate DeskTime reporting and work with IT as the system owner for standard DeskTime reports.
Consolidate, validate, and distribute DeskTime and other People reports to authorised stakeholders.
Analyse attendance and People data to identify trends, patterns, risks, root causes, and opportunities.
Translate data into clear and meaningful insights that support People & Culture decision-making.
Support analysis relating to headcount, employee movement, attrition, attendance, recruitment, performance, and employee relations.
Ensure reports and insights are accurate, relevant, timely, and appropriately handled.
Identify trends that may support improvements to workforce planning, employee experience, and People Operations.
Serve as a Point of Contact for assigned People Operations process improvement initiatives.
Identify inefficiencies, manual processes, data issues, and opportunities for standardisation or automation.
Recommend and support improvements to People processes, systems, workflows, and reporting.
Document and maintain relevant procedures, processes, controls, and guidelines.
Support the implementation and adoption of new or improved processes and technology.
Monitor the effectiveness of implemented improvements and recommend further enhancements.
Work collaboratively with stakeholders to ensure process improvements are practical, sustainable, and aligned with business needs.
Provide administrative and coordination support for employee relations activities, including administrative hearings and case documentation.
Maintain appropriate employee relations records, trackers, and documentation with a high level of confidentiality.
Support People & Culture activities requiring systems, data, reporting, or administrative coordination.
Respond to employee and stakeholder enquiries relating to HR systems, People data, and People Operations processes.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders and service providers to facilitate timely resolution of concerns.
Ensure sensitive employee information is handled professionally and securely.
Immediately elevate sensitive, complex, or high-risk employee relations matters to the People & Culture Manager.
Maintain cross-training in Payroll and Benefits Administration to provide operational backup during planned or unplanned absences.
Support assigned Payroll and Benefits administrative activities in accordance with established processes, controls, and delegated authority.
Coordinate with payroll and benefits providers and relevant internal stakeholders as required.
Ensure continuity of essential employee services during coverage periods.
Maintain a high level of confidentiality and accuracy when handling payroll and benefits information.
Identify and elevate payroll or benefits processing issues outside delegated authority to the People & Culture Manager.
Build effective working relationships with People & Culture, IT, HR technology vendors, line managers, and other internal stakeholders.
Coordinate activities across teams to support data integrity, system adoption, reporting accuracy, and service delivery.
Communicate technical, data, and operational information clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Influence and drive improvements through strong collaboration, even without direct authority.
Contribute to a responsive, professional, and solutions-focused People Operations service.
Ensure People data is collected, processed, stored, and reported in accordance with applicable data privacy requirements and internal policies.
Maintain confidentiality when handling employee records, HR cases, payroll information, and People analytics.
Conduct appropriate data validation and quality checks before information is used for reporting or decision-making.
Maintain accurate documentation and audit trails for People systems, reporting, and operational processes.
Escalate data privacy, security, or integrity concerns appropriately.
