Qualifications

• Strong experience in HR reporting, analytics, performance management, or HR Shared Services.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow is required.
• Strong analytical, dashboarding, data visualization, and storytelling skills.
• Good understanding of HR service delivery metrics and operational performance.
• Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for senior stakeholders.
• Strong continuous improvement mindset.
• Individual contributor role with no direct people-management responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain performance packs, scorecards, and reporting frameworks, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
• Lead ServiceNow Reporting and Performance Analytics, delivering KPI dashboards, trend analysis, and actionable HR insights.
• Conduct ad hoc analysis and root-cause investigations, including effective triage and clarification of requirements.
• Monitor trends across volume, ageing, quality, demand drivers, and service performance.
• Translate data into clear narratives and recommendations for senior stakeholders.
• Provide evidence-based insights to support governance, performance management, and continuous improvement initiatives.
