Job summary

PM Consulting is seeking an HR Master Data and Reporting Manager to lead workforce master data governance, reporting, and performance insights across a regional Shared Service Center. You will oversee a team including Master Data Specialists, a Performance & Reporting Analyst, and a Data Privacy Specialist, driving data accuracy and governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or related field.
• Experience in HR Shared Services, HR Master Data, HRIS, reporting, or data governance.
• Hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors and ServiceNow is required.
• Strong knowledge of HR master data, organizational structures, and data governance.
• Strong analytical, reporting, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience managing teams in a regional or global environment.
• Experience with HR-to-Payroll data interfaces/reconciliation is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead HR master data governance, integrity, and organizational hierarchy across regions.

• Own HR performance reporting, scorecards, KPIs, and management reporting.
• Analyze trends and root causes and translate data into actionable insights.

• Chair regional performance reviews and elevate risks and issues.

• Lead, coach, and develop the HR Master Data, Reporting, and Data Privacy teams.
