Ideal candidates have a 4-year bachelor’s degree, 1–3 years HR experience, and are local to Metro Manila with willingness to report onsite.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years HR experience in Generalist/Operations/Analytics.
• Experience with multiple HR functions and HRIS/reporting tools is an advantage.
• Must reside in Metro Manila and report onsite in Mandaluyong.

• Manage the employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding, while maintaining accurate HR records and documentation.

  Provide HR support by addressing employee concerns, coordinating engagement initiatives, and assisting with employee relations.
• Support performance management, learning and development, and talent management programs.
• Drive HR process improvements through system enhancements, workflow optimization, and automation initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, data privacy standards, and audit requirements.

Qualifications:

• College graduate (4 - Year Bachelor's Degree required)
• At least 1-3 years of HR experience, preferably in HR Generalist, HR Operations, or HR Analytics.
• Experience handling multiple HR functions and using HRIS and reporting tools is an advantage.
• Currently residing in Metro Manila and can report onsite in Mandaluyong.
