Satellite Office in the Philippines seeks an HR Support Officer responsible for day-to-day recruitment, onboarding, and compliance to keep employee processes running smoothly.
You’ll interact with Hiring Managers, Payroll, IT, and Security to ensure accuracy and timeliness, handling contracts, onboarding, and record-keeping with discretion and attention to detail.
If you love the idea of being the person who keeps recruitment, onboarding, and compliance moving - accurately, on time, every time - this role is built for you. You'll be the reliable engine room of the HR function for a well-established, multi-site organisation that relies on sharp administration to keep its people processes running smoothly.
As HR Support Officer, you'll own the day-to-day administration that keeps the employee lifecycle moving - from the moment a role is advertised through to onboarding, employee changes, and compliance record-keeping. It's a hands-on, detail-driven role at the centre of the HR function, working closely with hiring managers, HR Business Partners, Payroll, IT, and Security to make sure nothing falls through the cracks.
Draft job ads, coordinate vacancy postings, arrange interviews, and manage candidate communications and reference checks

Coordinate onboarding workflows with IT, Security, Facilities, and Finance so every new hire is ready on day one
Prepare employment change documentation - status changes, title updates, reporting line changes, statements of service, and leave correspondence
Track compliance requirements, probation reviews, and performance plan milestones, and support audits and record reviews
Maintain accurate, confidential employee records and HR data across systems
Help standardise and improve HR templates, processes, and service delivery
Experience: Background in HR administration, shared services, or recruitment coordination
Systems: Comfortable working across HRIS and workflow systems, with strong Microsoft Office skills

Discretion: Comfortable handling confidential information with professionalism
A Certificate, Diploma, or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is a plus (not required)
Exposure to FMCG, manufacturing, or multi-site environments
A genuinely varied role that touches every part of the employee lifecycle - great exposure if you're building a long-term HR career
Real cross-functional collaboration with HR, Payroll, IT, Security, and Finance - not a siloed admin desk
A stable, corporate office environment with an organisation that invests in getting HR process right
Competitive salary, discussed during the interview
