Shinagawa LASIK & Aesthetics Center Corp. seeks an experienced HR & Admin professional to manage recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations. You will support benefits processing, monitor attendance, and act as the first point of contact for staff concerns, ensuring confidentiality and policy compliance.
You will also oversee medical doctor hiring, onboarding coordination with Operations and Medical teams, and maintain DOH‑compliant personnel files, contributing to smooth daily operations.
Graduate of a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field; RPm license is preferred but not required.
At least 3 years of progressive experience in Human Resources and Administration, with strong exposure to recruitment, compensation and benefits, and employee relations.
Strong knowledge and practical experience in end-to-end recruitment and employee relations. Background in compensation and benefits and labor law compliance will be considered an advantage.
Prior experience in sourcing, screening, and onboarding medical professionals is an advantage; alternatively, experience in hiring management or higher-level non-medical positions is required.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
Human Resource and Administration
Updated on the recruitment and onboarding of SHSC employees, ensuring continuous support and proper monitoring of recruitment status at every stage.
Support the Compensation and Accounting teams in managing benefits processes, including monitoring back pay and addressing related employee concerns.
Monitor attendance records and coordinate with the Compensation and Benefits team.
Serve as the first point of contact for employee concerns and escalated to HR or Management as needed.
Prepare PANs and Employee Movement documents such as salary adjustments, transfers, and job description alignments.
Submit quarterly Manpower Reports to IPS.
Draft and maintain memoranda and other HR documentation.
Handle escalated employee issues, grievances, and disputes with fairness and consistency.
Recommend improvements and policy adjustments to management.
Review and update HR policies and protocols when necessary.
Maintain confidentiality of employee records, contracts, and other sensitive information.
Support onboarding by setting up workstations and providing admin assistance across departments.
Address administrative concerns promptly to maintain smooth operations.
Source and screen qualified doctor candidates based on operational requirements.
Conduct initial interviews and facilitate clinic tours for applicants.
Prepare job offers and negotiate professional fees, when applicable.
Oversee onboarding and orientation with the Operations Team, Medical Team, and internal systems.
Maintain and update 201 files in compliance with DOH requirements.
Monitor and support operational concerns of doctors on duty, including attendance, performance, professionalism, and role alignment.
Oversee daily administrative and operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
Manage office supplies (limited procurement) and assist with government compliance requirements (e.g., business permits, DOLE, DOH).
Implement and monitor company guidelines and protocols, including utilities, parking, and uniform requests for employees and doctors.
Prepare management reports and provide support in decision-making.
Report directly to the VP of HRAD and the President.
Perform other related tasks and ad hoc functions as required in line with the responsibilities of the HR and Admin Manager.
