Job summary

Cooee Inc. Career (Be one of us) is seeking an HR & Admin (Quotation) to support quotation coordination, documentation, and payroll-related administration across our New Zealand branches.

You will work with estimators and operations managers to keep information accurate and moving through the proper process, handling quote requests and payroll tasks. This role is onsite and requires attention to detail and strong organization.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and coordination skills for quotation processes.
• Willing to work onsite in Iloilo City.
• Experience up to 2 years in quotations, costing, estimating, invoicing, or purchase orders.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple requests.

Responsibilities

• Handle quote requests, enquiries, and follow-ups.
• Enter and update quotation information; prepare reports, spreadsheets, documents.
• Check quotation details and identify missing information.
• Support timesheet checks and payroll preparation.
• Follow up on missing or incorrect payroll information.
• Provide general administrative and business support.
