We Hope Medical Group is seeking an experienced and dynamic Clinic Manager for our Malolos Chemotherapy Center. This is a full-time position based in Malolos, Bulacan, offering a strategic leadership opportunity within our growing healthcare network. As Clinic Manager, you will oversee all operational, administrative, and clinical aspects of the branch, ensuring exceptional patient care and efficient business operations. This role is pivotal to the success of our Malolos facility and directly contributes to We Hope Medical Group's mission to provide accessible, high-quality healthcare services to our community.
Key responsibilities
Oversee daily clinic operations to ensure a smooth workflow and an optimal patient experience across all departments and services.
Manage clinic staff, including recruitment, training, scheduling, performance management, and professional development, to build a high-performing team.
Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, revenue generation, expense control, and the branch's profitability.
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, medical standards, quality assurance protocols, and organizational policies.
Implement and maintain clinical governance standards, patient safety protocols, and infection control procedures.
Coordinate with clinical staff to optimize patient flow, reduce wait times, and enhance service delivery.
Develop and execute marketing and community engagement strategies to increase patient acquisition and brand awareness.
Prepare regular reports on clinic performance, patient metrics, and financial results for senior management.
Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, patients, and community stakeholders.
What we're looking for
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field; additional qualifications in healthcare management are advantageous
Must reside in Malolos or be willing to relocate.
Must have 2-3 years of managerial experience in a healthcare clinic or other healthcare facility.
Proven track record of successfully managing clinic operations, staff, and finances with measurable results
Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to motivate and develop team members
Excellent organizational and project management abilities with keen attention to detail
Solid understanding of healthcare regulations, compliance requirements, and quality standards in the Philippine healthcare system
Proficiency in clinic management software and Microsoft Office applications
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to liaise effectively with clinical and non-clinical staff at all levels
Financial acumen with experience in budgeting, cost management, and revenue optimization
Ability to work under pressure, prioritize multiple tasks, and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment
