We are looking for:
We are seeking a proactive and organized HR & Admin Officer to support the daily human resources and administrative operations of our client’s travel agency business. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth office operations, supporting employee engagement, maintaining accurate records, and assisting in recruitment, payroll coordination, compliance, and overall administrative functions.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Human Resources Functions
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and onboarding
- Prepare employment contracts, HR documents, and employee records
- Maintain and update employee 201 files and HR databases
- Monitor attendance, leaves, overtime, and employee movement
- Coordinate payroll inputs and government‑mandated benefits administration
- Facilitate employee onboarding, orientation, and offboarding processes
- Assist in implementing HR policies, procedures, and company code of conduct
- Handle employee concerns and support employee engagement initiatives
- Coordinate performance evaluation and training activities
2. Administrative Functions
- Oversee daily office administrative operations and supplies inventory
- Coordinate office maintenance, utilities, and vendor management
- Manage company assets, travel arrangements, and accommodation bookings for employees when necessary
- Prepare reports, memos, meeting minutes, and other administrative documents
- Ensure proper filing and documentation of company records
- Assist management in organizing company events, meetings, and activities
3. Compliance & Documentation
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
- Process and monitor government‑mandated contributions and requirements (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, BIR, etc.)
- Maintain confidentiality of HR and company informationSupport audit and accreditation requirements related to HR and administration
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
- At least 1–3 years of experience in HR and administrative functions
- Experience in the travel, hospitality, or service industry is an advantage
- Knowledge of Philippine labor laws and HR practices
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR/admin systems
