Key Responsibilities:
Human Resources Management:
Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with overall business objectives.
Manage the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, interviewing, onboarding, and orientation.
Oversee performance management systems, employee appraisals, and career development programs.
Handle employee relations issues and conflict resolution in compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Maintain and update HR policies, procedures, and employee handbook.
Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
Administer compensation and benefits programs.
Manage employee engagement, retention, and training initiatives.
Keep records of staff attendance, leave, and other personnel records.
Administrative Management:
Supervise and manage daily administrative operations to ensure the office runs smoothly.
Oversee procurement and management of office supplies, equipment, and facilities.
Maintain company documents, records, and ensure data confidentiality.
Coordinate and support logistics for meetings, travel, and events.
Manage vendor relationships, including contracts and service providers (cleaning, maintenance, etc.).
Ensure health and safety compliance in the workplace.
Assist with organizational communication, memos, and internal announcements.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree is a plus).
Proven work experience (7+ years) in Human Resources and Administration or similar role.
Strong knowledge of labor law, HR practices, and administrative procedures.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong organizational and leadership abilities.
Proficiency in HRIS systems and MS Office Suite.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
Certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, CIPD, or equivalent) is an advantage.
