Responsibilities
Validates PRF from requesting department and submit to General Manager for final approval before posting.
Post and source candidates from different job portals
Conduct pre-qualifying interviews for managerial/supervisory positions.
May conduct background checks as needed.
Present a shortlist of candidates to the GM for final deliberation
Tracks and monitors recruitment status monthly
Conduct on-boarding orientation of the company
Facilitates contract signing and introduction of new employees
Checks and monitors the manpower status of the company
Responsible for serving memos, suspension
Facilitates settlement of Incident Reports
Conduct employee counseling
Monitor employees’ leave of absence and entitlement.
Facilitate any other employee-related concern
Conducts training needs analysis
Prepares training module for implementation
Conduct training for employees
Facilitates training evaluation and summary for improvement
Responsible for providing adequate assistance to company’s property custodian in making sure that all company assets are monitored and tracked properly.
Conducts validation and checking of asset inventory done by property custodian and admin support staff
Make sure that all company asset has proper tagging and monitoring
Takes the initiative for requests for supplies and stocks of items/units necessary for the operations
Provides adequate support and monitoring of staff – property custodian, admin support, quality control
Monitors team performance and manages improvements
Conducts strategic planning and implementations to improve team and department performance
Do other Admin-related activities that will be assigned from time to time

Psych or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or equivalent
