Job summary

Meera Enterprises Inc. is seeking an experienced HR and Administration leader in Metro Manila to oversee employee relations, labor compliance, recruitment, and policy development. The role requires managing confidentiality and coordinating with DOLE and manpower agencies.

The successful candidate will drive HR policy, training, compensation administration, and ensure smooth administrative operations across retail stores. Store visits will be part of the duties to ensure policy adherence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, Behavioral Science, or related field.
• 8+ years in HR and Administration, preferably in a managerial role.
• Knowledgeable in Philippine Labor Laws and DOLE regulations.
• Experience handling employee relations, labor cases, recruitment, training, compensation and benefits, and administrative operations.
• Willing to conduct store visits as needed.

• At least 8 years of experience in Human Resources and Administration, preferably in a managerial role.

• Knowledgeable in Philippine Labor Laws and DOLE regulations.

• Experience handling employee relations, labor cases, recruitment, training, compensation and benefits, and administrative operations.

• Experienced in coordinating with manpower agencies and government agencies, particularly DOLE.

• Knowledgeable in developing HR policies, procedures, and employment contracts.

• Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

• Detail-oriented, dependable, and capable of handling confidential employee matters.

• Willing to conduct store visits as needed.
