This role is responsible for driving strategic sourcing initiatives, supplier performance, cost optimization, risk management, and process improvements while ensuring the timely delivery of goods and services across the organization.

Job Summary

Lead end-to-end purchasing and vendor management operations through strategic sourcing, supplier development, cost optimization, and procurement process improvements.

Qualifications

• Must be willing to work onsite at our Head Office located along Chino Roces Avenue Extension, Magallanes, Makati City.

• Preferably residing near Makati or nearby areas.

• Available to start ASAP.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related field.

• At least10 years of procurement, purchasing, or supply chain experience, including managerial experience.

• Strong experience in strategic sourcing, supplier management, contract negotiation, and procurement planning.

• Deep understanding of inventory management and supply chain operations.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, purchasing systems, and Power BI.

• Strong analytical, negotiation, and decision‑making skills.

• Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.

• Strong planning, organizational, and project management capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Procurement & Vendor Management

• Lead end-to-end purchasing and vendor management activities across the organization.

• Develop and implement procurement strategies that support business objectives.

• Spearhead strategic sourcing initiatives, supplier accreditation, and vendor development programs.

• Build strong supplier relationships and negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements.

• Identify cost‑saving opportunities while maintaining quality and service standards.

Supplier Performance & Risk Management

• Lead supplier performance evaluations covering quality, delivery, and commercial performance.

• Manage vendor‑related escalations and ensure timely issue resolution.

• Proactively identify and mitigate procurement and supply chain risks.

• Monitor supplier compliance with contractual obligations and company standards.

Leadership & Process Improvement

• Lead, coach, and develop the Purchasing Team.

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and procurement process enhancements.

• Act as project lead for purchasing‑related digitalization and automation projects.

• Establish procurement controls, policies, and best practices.

Planning, Reporting & Analytics

• Manage departmental budgets and ensure efficient use of resources.

• Support forecasting and procurement planning activities.

• Monitor inventory movement and material requirements.

• Prepare purchasing dashboards, reports, and analysis to support management decisions.

• Identify trends and opportunities for operational and cost improvements.
