Star Eye Specs Corp is seeking a motivated Sales Associate to join our LS Pascual Shangri-La Branch. The role emphasizes customer service, product knowledge, and meeting sales targets while delivering excellent service to every customer.

You will greet customers, help them find eyewear, handle transactions, and participate in stock, merchandising, and promotions. This on-site position offers growth and a friendly team environment.

Qualifications

• Customer-focused individuals with a friendly demeanor and good communication skills.
• Experience in sales or retail is preferred; eyewear/optical a plus.
• Must be legally eligible to work and able to work varied shifts including weekends.

Job Summary

Star Eye Specs Corp is looking for a motivated Sales Associate to join our team at LS Pascual Shangri-La Branch!!! The ideal candidate is customer-oriented, well-groomed, and driven to meet sales targets while delivering excellent service to every customer.

What You’ll Do

• Greet every customer with a smile.
• Help them find the perfect eyewear.
• Handle cash, cards, and receipts.
• Maintain stock levels, perform inventory checks, and replenish supplies
• Assist in visual merchandising, including product displays and promotions
• Keep the store clean and organized
• Demonstrate strong product knowledge to answer customer questions
• Generate sales and meet/exceed quotas
• Follow company policies, procedures, and loss prevention guidelines

Who You Are

• College or senior high graduate
• Well-groomed and approachable
• Good in English & Filipino
• Math and computer-friendly
• Friendly, proactive, and a team player
• Previous sales/retail/cashiering experience preferred (eyewear/optical a plus)
• Legally eligible to work and in good health to perform job responsibilities
• Strong attention to detail and customer service skills
• Willing to work holidays, weekends, extended hours, and shifting schedules
• Willing to work on-site, commute, or travel as required.
• Willing to be relocated or assigned to other branches as needed
• Willing to undergo training at other branches when required
• No history of attendance or punctuality issues
