About the role

We are seeking a Sales Associate for Owndays, a leading eyewear retailer. This is a full-time position based in Quezon City, Metro Manila. As a Sales Associate, you will be the face of our brand, delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales through product knowledge and genuine engagement. This role is vital to creating a welcoming shopping experience and achieving our retail objectives in a dynamic, customer-focused environment.

What you’ll be doing

• Greeting customers warmly and assisting them in selecting eyewear products that meet their visual and style preferences

• Demonstrating comprehensive product knowledge of frames, lenses and accessories to help customers make informed purchasing decisions

• Processing sales transactions accurately and efficiently using point-of-sale systems

• Building positive customer relationships and providing exceptional after-sales support

• Maintaining store displays and ensuring merchandise is well-organised, clean and visually appealing

• Handling customer inquiries and concerns professionally, resolving issues to ensure customer satisfaction

• Achieving individual and team sales targets through active selling and upselling techniques

• Conducting stock checks and assisting with inventory management

• Collaborating with team members to ensure smooth store operations during peak and quiet periods

• Staying up to date with product promotions, seasonal campaigns and company policies

What we’re looking for

• Proven experience in retail sales or customer service roles, preferably in eyewear, fashion or luxury goods

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage customers effectively

• Excellent sales ability with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

• Product knowledge or willingness to develop expertise in eyewear and optical products

• Professionalism, reliability and a positive attitude towards work

• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays as required

• Cash handling experience and familiarity with point-of-sale systems

• Attention to detail and strong organisational skills

• Fluency in English and Filipino; additional language skills are advantageous
