We are looking for an Optical Sales Associate responsible for driving and reaching sales targets for optical revenue growth by catering to patients’ needs in eyewear and ensuring the overall chain of procedures is continuous, completed, and accurate.
Meets or exceeds sales targets by effectively promoting and selling optical products and services. Communicates availability, uniqueness, and benefits of optical products and services to customers, encouraging their purchase or utilization. Listens attentively to customers, understands their needs, and provides information with a focus on enhancing patient care and generating revenue. Ensures a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries, providing solutions, and maintaining professional and ethical standards.
Monitors inventory levels and informs the supervisor or internal team promptly about fast‑moving stocks that require replenishment. Follows 5s guidelines for optical supplies to ensure organized and efficient stock management. Arranges displays and positions frames with merchandising and marketing materials to attract and engage customers and enhance product visibility.
Documents and reports complaints and incidents promptly, coordinating closely with the supervisor, internal team, and Finance department as necessary. Assists with operations basic issues and concerns related to product supply, sales, inventory, and account payables as directed by the supervisor. Supports the supervisor with templates such as Operations Management and Complaints and Incidents Management.
Collaborates with other departments as needed to ensure seamless patient care and operational efficiency. Assists the Customer Services unit with business development initiatives to expand customer base and increase sales opportunities. Supports the vision screening team during corporate events, contributing to community outreach and brand visibility.
Serves as backup for the Associate, Optical Technician when needed, assisting with technical aspects of optical services. Assists the Associate, Optical Sales (Admin) with clerical tasks as required to maintain smooth departmental operations.
