Job summary

Dempsey Resource Management Inc. seeks an on-site HR professional in Pasig to lead end-to-end recruitment and manage daily HR administration. The role focuses on onboarding, records maintenance, payroll coordination, and ensuring PH labor law compliance.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in HR or recruitment, strong communication skills, and a solid understanding of local benefits such as SSS, PhilHealth, and Pag-IBIG. Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM, Pasig City.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
• At least 3 years of HR, Recruitment, or Office Administration experience.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of PH labor laws and best HR practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead the full hiring cycle from sourcing to onboarding.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
• Coordinate attendance, leave administration, payroll prep, and government benefits (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG).
• Ensure internal policies align with PH labor laws.
• Assist in employee relations, engagement, and training initiatives.
• Prepare weekly/monthly HR reports and candidate trackers.
