Endless Motion Marketing and Consultancy is seeking an organized HR Admin with strong experience in Employee Relations, Grievance Handling, Labor Compliance, and DOLE-related matters. The role focuses on managing employee concerns, supporting disciplinary processes, and ensuring compliance with Philippine labor laws while fostering a positive workplace culture.

The ideal candidate will handle investigations, maintain confidential HR records, draft notices and reports, and assist in onboarding,

Competenze

• Bachelor's Degree in HR, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years HR experience with exposure to Employee Relations, Grievance Handling, Administrative Investigations, Labor Compliance, DOLE Cases and Labor Disputes.
• Strong knowledge of Philippine Labor Code and due process requirements.
• Excellent documentation, report writing, and communication skills.

Mansioni

• Serve as the primary contact for employee concerns, complaints, and workplace grievances.
• Conduct fact-finding investigations and prepare incident reports and recommendations.
• Facilitate grievance meetings, administrative hearings, and conflict resolution discussions.
• Partner with managers to address performance, conduct, attendance, and workplace behavior concerns.
• Ensure fair and consistent application of company policies and procedures.
