Andorra El Nido Leisure Corp is seeking a dedicated and experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team in El Nido, Palawan. This is a full‑time position offering the opportunity to lead and manage housekeeping operations across our resort facilities. The Housekeeping Supervisor plays a vital role in ensuring exceptional cleanliness, presentation, and maintenance standards throughout the property, directly contributing to guest satisfaction and the overall success of our hospitality operation. You will be based on‑site in the beautiful destination of El Nido, Palawan, where you will oversee daily housekeeping activities and coordinate with other departments to maintain our reputation for excellence.
Supervise, train and motivate housekeeping staff to ensure consistent adherence to cleaning and service standards across all guest rooms and public areas
Inspect rooms, bathrooms, corridors and common areas to verify cleanliness and maintenance standards are met to company specifications
Manage housekeeping schedules, assignments and workload distribution to ensure efficient daily operations
Maintain comprehensive inventories of cleaning supplies, linens and equipment, and coordinate with procurement for timely replenishment
Report maintenance issues and coordinate repairs with the maintenance department to resolve problems promptly
Handle guest complaints related to housekeeping services with professionalism and work towards satisfactory resolutions
Implement and enforce health, safety and hygiene protocols to maintain a clean and safe environment for guests and staff
Collaborate with front office, guest services and other departments to support overall guest experience and operational objectives
Maintain detailed records of housekeeping activities, staff performance and inventory levels
Lead by example, demonstrating excellent work habits, professionalism and commitment to quality standards
Proven supervisory or leadership experience in housekeeping operations within a hotel, resort or similar hospitality environment
Strong knowledge of housekeeping standards, cleaning techniques, and best practices in the hospitality industry
Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks effectively
Outstanding communication skills with the ability to motivate, train and manage staff professionally
Proficiency in using housekeeping management systems and software, or demonstrated ability to learn quickly
Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness and presentation standards
Physical fitness and capability to perform housekeeping tasks and walkthrough inspections regularly
Knowledge of health, safety and environmental regulations relevant to housekeeping operations
Flexibility to work shifts, including early mornings, evenings and weekends as required by operational needs
Previous experience in a resort or destination‑based hospitality setting is highly desirable
Proficiency in English is essential; additional language skills are advantageous
