Acesite (Phils) Hotel Corporation is seeking a dedicated supervisor to oversee public areas, gardens, and plant maintenance. The role ensures proper handling of cleaning equipment, and supports guest assistance, sanitation, and safety within established standards.

Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Management or related studies, plus at least three years in a similar role, and strong organizational and team leadership abilities.

About the role

This role is responsible for supervising, overseeing and monitoring activities within assigned work shift that pertain to general cleanliness, maintenance and sanitation of designated public areas, gardens and plants, ensuring proper handling and care of cleaning equipment while providing support in terms of guest assistance, sanitation, security and safety within the limits of established standards, procedures, goals and targets of the Hotel in order to provide support and efficient services in the achievement of cleanliness, sanitation and defined ambience and image of the Hotel.

About you

• Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Management, or any related degrees

• Completion of relevant trainings

• At least three (3) years of related working experience

• Exposure on public area maintenance with supervisory capacity for at least one (1) year; preferably have acquired and completed relevant training courses

• Above average interpersonal skills

• Strict attention to detail, well-organized, and a team player
