El Nido Resorts Group is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to uphold exceptional cleanliness, presentation, and service across our luxury property in El Nido, Palawan. You will manage daily housekeeping operations, inspect guest rooms and public areas, and coordinate with Front Office and Engineering.

The ideal candidate has a hospitality degree or diploma, 2–4 years of luxury hotel or resort housekeeping experience, and proven supervisory skills.

Competenze

• Degree or diploma in Hospitality Management, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related field.
• 2–4 years of housekeeping experience in a luxury hotel or resort.
• Previous supervisory or team-leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of housekeeping operations and room inspection standards.
• Willingness to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays.
• Willingness to be assigned in El Nido, Palawan.

• Monitor the cleanliness and presentation of guest rooms, villas, and public areas
• Conduct room inspections and ensure timely room readiness
• Coordinate with Front Office, Engineering, and other departments to address operational and guest requirements
• Coach, train, and motivate Housekeeping team members
• Ensure compliance with housekeeping standards, procedures, and safety requirements
• Monitor housekeeping supplies, equipment, and inventory
• Handle guest concerns and ensure timely resolution

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in Hospitality Management, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or a related field
• Preferably with At Least 2-4 years of relevant housekeeping experience in a luxury hotel or resort
• Previous supervisory or team-leadership experience
• Strong knowledge of housekeeping operations and room inspection standards
