Acesite (Phils) Hotel Corporation seeks aLicensed Engineer to lead technical and administrative facets of facility management in a hospitality setting. You will drive electrical, civil, and mechanical projects, while coordinating operations and guest services to maintain high standards.

Ideal candidates bring at least 10 years in related roles, with 3 years in management, and strong communication, negotiation, and ISO-aware practices to ensure safe, efficient property performance.

Qualifications

• Licensed engineer with mechanical or civil specialization.
• Minimum 10 years related experience; at least 3 years in a managerial role.
• Hands-on technical and administrative expertise in managing projects related to electrical, civil, and mechanical engineering.
• Computer literacy.
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and written/verbal communication skills.
• Exposure to ISO concepts and practices is an advantage.
