SotoGrande Batangas Hotel in Bauan, Batangas, is seeking a Supervising Housekeeping to oversee daily operations, ensuring cleanliness, proper room preparation, guest satisfaction, staff productivity, and adherence to hotel standards.

You will supervise housekeeping staff, inspect rooms and public areas, coordinate with Front Office on room status and guest requests, monitor attendance and grooming, manage supplies and equipment, address guest complaints, and prepare daily reports for Management.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise housekeeping staff and assign daily tasks
• Inspect guest rooms and public areas to ensure cleanliness and proper maintenance
• Coordinate room status and guest requests with the Front Office
• Monitor staff attendance, performance, grooming, and compliance with hotel policies
• Ensure proper use and inventory of cleaning supplies, linens, amenities, and equipment
• Address guest complaints and coordinate maintenance concerns with concerned departments
• Ensure compliance with sanitation, safety, and housekeeping standards
• Prepare daily reports and perform other related duties assigned by Management
