Job summary

Select Goods is seeking a dedicated Hotel Service Associate to join our Ortigas location in Pasig City, Metro Manila. This full-time role focuses on delivering exceptional guest experiences and maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and service throughout our hotel.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a housekeeping or hotel service role within the hospitality industry.
• Strong attention to detail with high cleanliness and organisation standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with guests and colleagues.
• Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks, lifting and standing for extended periods.
• Reliability and punctuality with consistent attendance.
• Ability to work flexible schedules including early mornings, evenings and weekends.
• Knowledge of safe handling of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
• A customer-centric mindset and passion for delivering exceptional service.
• Familiarity with housekeeping management systems or software is advantageous.
• Fluency in English and Filipino is preferred.
• Must have experience as service associate.

• Change bed linens, replenish toiletries and ensure amenities are stocked and working.

Select Goods is seeking a dedicated and professional Hotel Service Associate to join our team at our Ortigas location in Pasig City, Metro Manila. This is a full-time position that plays a crucial role in delivering exceptional guest experiences and maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and service throughout our hotel. As a Hotel Service Associate, you will be at the heart of our operations, ensuring that every guest interaction leaves a lasting positive impression and that our facilities remain immaculate at all times.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and clean guest rooms, bathrooms, corridors and public areas to the highest standards of hygiene and presentation
• Change bed linens, replenish toiletries and ensure all guest room amenities are fully stocked and in working order
• Respond promptly to guest requests and special cleaning requirements with professionalism and courtesy
