Job summary

Select Goods is seeking a dedicated Hotel Service Associate to join our Ortigas location in Pasig City, Metro Manila. This full-time role focuses on delivering exceptional guest experiences and maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and service throughout our hotel.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a housekeeping or hotel service role within the hospitality industry.
• Strong attention to detail with high cleanliness and organisation standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with guests and colleagues.
• Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks, lifting and standing for extended periods.
• Reliability and punctuality with consistent attendance.
• Ability to work flexible schedules including early mornings, evenings and weekends.
• Knowledge of safe handling of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
• A customer-centric mindset and passion for delivering exceptional service.
• Familiarity with housekeeping management systems or software is advantageous.
• Fluency in English and Filipino is preferred.
• Must have experience as service associate.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and clean guest rooms, bathrooms, corridors and public areas to high hygiene and presentation standards.
• Change bed linens, replenish toiletries and ensure amenities are stocked and working.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and special cleaning requirements with professionalism.
• Conduct regular inspections and report maintenance issues to supervisors.
• Handle guest inquiries and complaints with empathy and swift resolutions.
• Follow all health, safety and security protocols.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless daily operations and guest satisfaction.
• Maintain records of cleaning schedules and room status reports.
• Assist with laundry services, linen management and housekeeping inventory as required.
