About the role

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to join GPnC Manpower Services in Angeles City, Pampanga. This is a full-time position that plays a crucial role in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and organisation across our hospitality operations. As Housekeeping Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading and managing the housekeeping team, ensuring exceptional guest satisfaction through meticulous attention to detail and consistent service delivery. This position is integral to our commitment to providing outstanding hospitality experiences and maintaining our reputation for excellence.

Key responsibilities

1. Supervise, train and manage the housekeeping team to ensure all cleaning and maintenance standards are consistently met
2. Conduct daily inspections of guest rooms, common areas and facilities to maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards
3. Schedule and coordinate housekeeping staff shifts to ensure adequate coverage and efficient operations
4. Address guest complaints related to room cleanliness and maintenance promptly and professionally
5. Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ordering stock as needed and managing budgets effectively
6. Implement and enforce housekeeping policies and procedures in compliance with health, safety and hospitality standards
7. Report maintenance issues to the appropriate departments and follow up on repairs
8. Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members to support their professional development
9. Communicate with other departments including front office, maintenance and management to coordinate services
10. Ensure all team members adhere to health and safety regulations and company protocols
