Job summary

Intas Destination Management Inc. is seeking a Reservation Associate to handle reservation requests, coordinate bookings, and ensure accurate arrangements for clients, travel partners, and suppliers.

You will coordinate with hotels, airlines, transport providers, tour operators and other suppliers to secure and reconfirm services while maintaining service standards. The role requires meticulous record-keeping, timely confirmations, and collaboration with Operations and Accounting.

Responsibilities

• Receive, process, and manage reservation requests from clients, travel partners, and internal teams.
• Prepare and coordinate bookings for hotels, transportation, tours, and other services.
• Check availability, rates, terms, and booking conditions with suppliers.
• Coordinate with hotels, suppliers, and service providers to confirm, modify, or cancel reservations.
• Ensure all reservation details are recorded accurately and completely.
• Monitor deadlines, payment terms, and cancellation policies.
• Prepare and send confirmations, vouchers, and related documents.
• Follow up on pending reservations for timely confirmations.
• Collaborate with Operations and Accounting to ensure smooth execution of bookings.
• Handle changes, special requests, amendments and cancellations.
