Grand Westside Manila Bay in Metro Manila is seeking a Duty Manager to oversee daily hotel operations and ensure superb guest service. You will supervise front office activities, monitor check-in and check-out, and resolve guest concerns promptly while coordinating with housekeeping, F&B, security, and maintenance.

You will manage staff schedules, coach team members, conduct briefings, and support training to uphold brand standards.

Qualificações

• Experience in hotel operations with front office supervision.
• Supervisory experience in large or high-volume properties preferred.
• Strong leadership and team coaching skills.
• Excellent communication and guest service skills.
• Solid organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Knowledge of hotel management systems and reporting tools.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee day-to-day hotel operations to ensure high guest service standards.
• Supervise front office activities, monitor check-in/check-out, and resolve escalated guest concerns.
• Collaborate with housekeeping, F&B, security, and maintenance to maintain service quality, safety and cleanliness.
• Manage staff schedules, coach team members, conduct briefings, and support training initiatives.
• Prepare operational reports and support revenue and occupancy targets; ensure policy compliance.
