Job summary

CHARLIe'S EL NIDO in El Nido, Palawan, is seeking an IT professional to manage and maintain the hotel's IT infrastructure, network, hardware, software, internet connectivity, and other technology systems to ensure reliable daily operations.

You will provide technical support and troubleshooting to all departments, monitor system performance and security, coordinate with vendors, and contribute to IT projects that enhance guest experience and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the hotel’s IT infrastructure, network, hardware, software, internet connectivity, and other technology systems to ensure reliable daily operations.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting to all departments, promptly addressing system, hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
• Maintain and support hotel operational systems, including PMS, POS, Wi-Fi, CCTV, telephone systems, and other technology-related equipment.
• Monitor system performance, network security, data backup, and access controls to protect company information and minimize operational risks.
• Coordinate with IT vendors, service providers, and contractors for system maintenance, repairs, installations, upgrades, and technical projects.
• Assess IT-related issues, make sound and timely decisions, prioritize critical concerns, and implement appropriate solutions with minimal disruption to guest and hotel operations.
• Maintain accurate IT asset inventories, system documentation, licenses, and maintenance records, and ensure compliance with company policies and security standards.
• Assist in IT projects, system upgrades, employee training, and implementation of new technologies that improve operational efficiency and guest experience.
