Qualifications

• 1+ years in customer service, hotel front desk, or call center (hotel bookings).
• Clear, professional, and friendly verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfortable using computer systems, booking software, and email platforms.
• High accuracy when entering guest details, dates, and payment information.

Responsibilities

• Process room reservations, cancellations, and modifications accurately in our system.
• Answer phone calls and reply to emails regarding room rates, hotel amenities, special offers, and policies.
• Recommend room upgrades, special packages, or hotel services to enhance the guest experience.
• Share booking details, special requests, and group reservations with the Front Desk and Housekeeping teams.
• Handle deposits, prepayments, and billing details securely.
