Cevio Hotel Corporation in Tacloban is seeking a hands-on Talent Acquisition Lead to drive end-to-end recruitment across all departments for the Grand Opening.

You will source, screen, and hire for front-of-house, culinary, and management roles, run campaigns, network locally, and partner with hotel leadership to meet staffing timelines while ensuring exceptional candidate experiences.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of talent acquisition experience, ideally within hospitality, hotel openings, or fast-paced customer service environments.
• Proven ability to manage high-volume recruiting under tight deadlines without sacrificing quality.
• Strong proficiency with sourcing tools, local recruiting networks, and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Warm, engaging, and professional communication style that embodies brand values.
• Thrives in a fast-moving environment where priorities can shift quickly.
• Residing in Tacloban or nearby areas.
• Can start immediately.

Responsibilities

• Source, screen, interview, and hire high-caliber talent across all operational departments
• Execute targeted recruitment campaigns and hiring events to rapidly staff up for the Grand Opening
• Proactively network and leverage job boards, social media, and local talent pools to find top hospitality professionals
• Collaborate with hotel leadership to understand immediate staffing needs and candidate profiles
• Ensure every applicant experiences the brand's high standard of hospitality from first contact to onboarding
• Oversee offer letters, background checks, and seamless onboarding handoffs to HR
