Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in real estate, finance, economics or related field.
• 1–3 years of real estate, investment banking, or financial analysis experience; internships considered for fresh graduates.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modelling.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills; excellent written and verbal English.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for assigned properties.
• Develop and maintain financial models and cash flow projections.
• Conduct variance analysis and provide commentary on performance metrics.
• Support budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Assist in preparation of investor reporting packages.
• Monitor KPIs including occupancy, rental rates, and NOI.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis.
• Prepare property performance dashboards and presentations.
• Support due diligence for acquisitions and dispositions.
• Assist in valuation analysis and investment committee presentations.
• Conduct comparable property analyses and market studies.
• Support business plan development and implementation.
• Participate in client meetings and coordinate with teams on operational matters.
• Support investor relations activities and proposals.
