Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) is seeking a Client Finance Manager – Workplace Management in Makati, Philippines. You will act as the financial advisor to operations and account leaders, delivering data-driven insights to support decisions and drive cost controls.

You will collaborate with operations teams, SSCs, and third-party providers to manage vendor payments, accounts receivable, and monthly billing while ensuring audit-ready documentation and compliance with policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related discipline.
• CPA or equivalent certification preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of finance manager experience.
• Regional exposure in APAC is an added advantage.
• Experience leading finance in a matrix environment.

Responsibilities

• Be the trusted financial advisor to the Operations Lead/Account Lead/Account Manager, providing data-driven insights.
• Collaborate with operation teams, shared service centers and third party providers.
• Identify financial risks and opportunities through performance analysis.
• Act as POC with client on finance-related matters.
• Assist with cost saving projects and vendor payments in line with policies.
• Lead month-end closing and ensure accuracy, timeliness and policy compliance.
• Prepare monthly financial packages with variance analysis for stakeholders.
