Private Advertiser is seeking an experienced Host Operations Manager to oversee the VIP gaming section, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, efficient team performance, and strong VIP player relationships.

You will manage daily shift operations, supervise VIP hosts, maintain service standards, and support player acquisition and retention initiatives to help meet overall business objectives.

Qualifications

• Graduate with a bachelor's degree or equivalent leadership experience.
• 5+ years in casino operations, VIP host operations, or hospitality management.
• Experience managing teams and VIP client relationships preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of Mandarin, Korean, or Thai is an advantage.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in casino operations, VIP host operations, hospitality management, or related industries.

• Previous experience managing teams and VIP client relationships is highly preferred.
