Job summary

Newport World Resorts in Pasay, Metro Manila, is seeking a Sales Executive to streamline hotel sales operations, managing back-end processes, and ensuring compliant, well-documented workflows. You will handle CRM encoding, proposals, quotes, and contract handling while coordinating with Finance, Events, Legal, and Marketing to protect revenue and deliver consistent service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Business is required.
• 1–2 years of experience in Sales & Marketing or Business Development.
• Hospitality knowledge is preferred.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills are essential.
• Knowledgeable in stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Handle Salesforce/CRM encoding, database tagging, and account tracking.
• Provide presentation design, deck polishing, and event logistics support.
• Serve as frontline support for client servicing and internal alignment.
• Manage key accounts under the supervision of Sales Managers.
• Provide execution support, including proposals, follow-ups, and contracting.
• Coordinate with operations and finance for seamless account handling.
• Develop and maintain accounts within corporate, leisure, and MICE segments.
• Generate event leads and provide quotations and contracts.
• Conduct sales calls, site visits, and attend industry trade shows to strengthen market presence.
