Job summary

City Garden Grand Hotel in Makati City, Metro Manila is seeking a Sales Account Executive to manage key client relationships, identify opportunities, and drive revenue growth for hotel services and packages. You will be the primary contact for corporate and hospitality clients, delivering exceptional service while achieving sales targets.

The role requires experience in sales within hospitality, strong communication skills, and the ability to travel for client meetings.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, account management or business development within hospitality
• Strong understanding of hotel industry, conference facilities and corporate packages
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build client rapport
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs
• Proficient with CRM software and Microsoft Office applications

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in hospitality and corporate events
• Manage and nurture existing client relationships for retention and upsell
• Prepare tailored proposals and quotations for clients
• Conduct site visits and product demonstrations for hotel facilities
• Negotiate contracts and terms to close bookings
• Maintain records of client interactions and sales activities in CRM
• Collaborate with operations, housekeeping and F&B for seamless experiences
• Track sales performance and pursue targets monthly and quarterly
• Attend events and trade shows to generate leads and network
• Provide market feedback to management about trends and competition
