Networld Hotel Spa & Casino in Pasay, Metro Manila, is seeking a results-driven Sales & Marketing Manager to lead the hotel’s sales and marketing efforts. You will drive revenue, manage corporate accounts, partnerships, events, and market growth, while guiding the Sales & Marketing team to meet targets.

Ideal candidates have a marketing or business degree, at least five years in hotel sales/marketing, and leadership experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in sales/marketing, preferably in hospitality.
• At least 2 years in a supervisory/managerial role.
• Proven ability in business development, corporate accounts, and revenue generation.
• Strong network within corporate, travel, events, or hospitality sectors is an advantage.
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Proficient with MS Office and digital marketing platforms.
• Willing to conduct client visits and attend business events.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to achieve hotel revenue targets.
• Lead and manage the Sales & Marketing team and monitor performance against targets.
• Develop and maintain corporate accounts, travel trade accounts, event clients, and partnerships.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities and revenue channels.
• Drive room sales, group bookings, events, and other hotel revenue opportunities.
• Create promotional campaigns to increase brand awareness and demand.
• Build and maintain relationships with key clients and partners.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities.
• Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and recommendations for management.
• Coordinate with Operations, Revenue Management, Finance, and other departments to execute initiatives.
