Qualifications

• Processing purchase requisitions and purchase orders
• Researching and identifying suitable suppliers for hospitality supplies
• Comparing prices, quality, and terms from multiple suppliers
• Maintaining records of orders and procurement documentation
• Coordinating with suppliers on delivery schedules and price changes
• Assisting in receipt/verification of goods and quality checks
• Supporting inventory management and stock level monitoring
• Communicating procurement updates to internal departments
• Ensuring compliance with procurement policies

Responsabilités

• Process purchase requisitions and POs from various departments
• Research and identify suppliers for hospitality supplies (FOOD & BEVERAGE, linens, toiletries)
• Compare supplier prices, quality, and terms for best value
• Maintain records of purchase orders and supplier agreements
• Coordinate with suppliers on orders, delivery, and changes
• Assist receipt and verification of goods against PO and standards
• Support Purchasing Manager with inventory monitoring
• Communicate updates to internal teams on procurement status
• Ensure adherence to procurement policies and vendor management procedures
• Assist in preparing purchasing reports and analyses
