Job summary

Ideal candidates have a business/logistics background with 1–3+ years in purchasing or procurement, strong Excel skills, and excellent negotiation and communication abilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or Logistics, or related field.
• 1–3+ years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or administrative/inventory roles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Canvassing.

Responsibilities

• Research potential suppliers, compare price quotes, and evaluate vendor reliability, product quality, and delivery history
• Negotiate pricing, discounts, delivery schedules, and payment terms with suppliers
• Generate, approve, and track purchase orders (POs), and coordinate incoming deliveries in receiving teams
• Monitor stock levels, review requisition forms, and coordinate reorders to prevent shortages or overstocking
• Maintain accurate purchasing logs, inspect delivery dockets, and resolve discrepancies or defective goods with vendors
