Job summary

StayVista is seeking a General Manager to lead the development and operations of our Facility Management across villas and resorts. You will build frameworks for maintenance, utilities, security, and services, while expanding the client base and overseeing contracts.

The role requires 8+ years in operations, leadership of multi-location teams, budgeting, safety compliance, and a focus on guest satisfaction. Travel across India to keep properties guest-ready and aligned with StayVista standards.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business, Hospitality, Real Estate or related field is required.
• 8+ years of general management or FM operations experience across multi-location properties.
• Experience leading teams, budgeting, and ensuring safety/compliance standards.

Responsibilities

• Develop and operate StayVista's Facility Management framework for maintenance, utilities, security, and guest-ready standards.
• Expand client base, manage contracts, implement SOPs, and oversee daily villa operations.
• Lead maintenance teams, monitor budgets, schedule audits, and drive continuous improvement.
